ZEN
Don’t resist the now. This is what it is. Decision is making a muscle. You need to know where you are going. I'm not going to do that it's to scary, or its going to take too long. It doesn't feel good, is the type of society we live in. Right Action. This is what is required do be done and I'm going to do it to move on...
It is messy. It's not smooth sailing.
“Most illnesses creep in when you are not present in your body” Eckhart Tolle.
Excessive thinking is detrimental to our health. It places too much attention on our thoughts which in turn traps excess energy in our head causing tension, restlessness, being on edge, concentration problems and insomnia just to name a few.
Excess thinking disconnects us from our body and deprives our body of valuable energy flow and health. As Eckhart Tolle says “The more consciousness you bring into your body the stronger your immune system becomes”
An obvious solution is to remember we have a body and to be more mindful of feeling and breathing into it, whenever we can. The purpose of course is to re-direct energy and awareness away from the head and thoughts, and back down into the whole body and present moment.
One way to achieve this is with a simple relaxation exercise called “Mindfulness of the body via the four access points”. I learnt this very short, yet surprisingly effective health ritual at one of Dr. Ian Gawlers workshops and fell in love with it instantly.
Hope you find it as helpful as I have. You only need a few moments and can do it anywhere, anytime. Practice in the shower, before you get out of bed in the morning, or in the car before you are about to drive off.
You could also easily enjoy it as a 5 minute meditation practice – if you chose too.

five fingers

The thumb represents POSEIDON (Neptune) which as you will know is the god of the sea and he was very independent. He was the only god that didn’t live on mount Olympus, he did his own thing. And the thumb kind of sticks out, it kind of does its own thing. People that wear thumb rings are therefore very individual and independent and generally do their own thing. They don’t follow trends preferring instead to set their own.
Index Finger
The index finger is represented by ZEUS (Jupiter) Zeus was the king of all gods, and the God of Thunder and Lightning. That’s a very dominant finger, and having a ring there means you tend to be a more dominant person. Wave your index finger at them like “no no no” or “don’t do that”. It represents power and immense energy.
The Middle Finger
The middle finger represents individuality of a person. Located in the middle, it symbolizes a balanced life. Wearing a ring on this finger would help you to add balance to your life.
Your middle finger is represented by DIONYSUS (Bacchus) which is the god of wine and partying and is a very irreverent god – So if you have a ring there you tend to do what ever you want and are less sensitive about what others think. You then lift your middle finger up on its own and give the bird and say “its like screw you to the world”
Ring Finger
Your ring finger is of course represented by APHRODITE (Venus). She is the goddess of love and that is why we wear our wedding rings on that finger.
Pinky

The pinky is represented by ARES (Mars) who is the God of war and that’s why you see mobsters wearing pinky rings, it’s a kinda like hidden violence. It represents conflict so if someone is wearing one say “did you buy that yourself or did someone give it to you?”. If it was bought by their self it means they are at war with their self. They have some inner conflict, maybe an emotional conflict or something or is not comfortable with something. If it was given to then their might be tension having some tension between the two of people that isn't solved etc.

Natural Remedy
1 . Kowhai

2. Pohutukawa

I invent 6 impossible things before breakfast
One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice
When she was just small
When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving low
Go ask Alice
I think she'll know
When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the dormouse said:
"Feed your head
Feed your head
Feed your head"

A poem of peace - truth - spirit - life
"You are a child of the universe ..."
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be and whatever your labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Manicfesto
You may hate us. You may dismiss us. You may misunderstand us. You may be unaware of our existence. We can only hope you do not care to judge us, because we would never judge you. We are not criminals. We are not disillusioned. We are not drug addicts. We are not naive children. We are one massive, global, tribal village that transcends man-made law, physical geography, and time itself. We are The Massive. One Massive.
We were first drawn by the sound. From far away, the thunderous, muffled, echoing beat was comparable to a mother's heart soothing a child in her womb of concrete, steel, and electrical wiring. We were drawn back into this womb, and there, in the heat, dampness, and darkness of it, we came to accept that we are all equal. Not only to the darkness, and to ourselves, but to the very music slamming into us and passing through our souls: we are all equal. And somewhere around 35Hz we could feel the hand of God at our backs, pushing us forward, pushing us to push ourselves to strengthen our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. Pushing us to turn to the person beside us to join hands and uplift them by sharing the uncontrollable joy we felt from creating this magical bubble that can, for one evening, protect us from the horrors, atrocities, and pollution of the outside world. It is in that very instant, with these initial realizations that each of us was truly born.
We continue to pack our bodies into clubs, or warehouses, or buildings you've abandoned and left for naught, and we bring life to them for one night. Strong, throbbing, vibrant life in it's purest, most intense, most hedonistic form. In these makeshift spaces, we seek to shed ourselves of the burden of uncertainty for a future you have been unable to stabilize and secure for us. We seek to relinquish our inhibitions, and free ourselves from the shackles and restraints you've put on us for your own peace of mind. We seek to re-write the programming that you have tried to indoctrinate us with since the moment we were born. Programming that tells us to hate, that tells us to judge, that tells us to stuff ourselves into the nearest and most convenient pigeon hole possible. Programming that even tells us to climb ladders for you, jump through hoops, and run through mazes and on hamster wheels. Programming that tells us to eat from the shiny silver spoon you are trying to feed us with, instead of nourish ourselves with our own capable hands. Programming that tells us to close our minds, instead of open them.
Until the sun rises to burn our eyes by revealing the distopian reality of a world you've created for us, we dance fiercely with our brothers and sisters in celebration of our life, of our culture, and of the values we believe in: Peace, Love, Freedom, Tolerance, Unity, Harmony, Expression, Responsibility and Respect.
Our enemy of choice is ignorance. Our weapon of choice is information. Our crime of choice is breaking and challenging whatever laws you feel you need to put in place to stop us from celebrating our existence. But know that while you may shut down any given party, on any given night, in any given city, in any given country or continent on this beautiful planet, you can never shut down the entire party. You don't have access to that switch, no matter what you may think. The music will never stop. The heartbeat will never fade. The party will never end.
I am a raver, and this is my manifesto.

I lIke eels, birds books and dreams
But wait... it is true!
Did you already know all about eels and their freaky, odd lives?
If you didn't, you can not imagine how curiously their lives develop. It is weird, it is shocking, it is completely unbelievable (except, it is true).
